Somerset is located South of I – 90 & East of Factoria.  Somerset sits on a hill and most of the views face West towards Lake Washington.  Homes for sale in Somerset can range from $450,000 and go up into the millions depending on the size, quality, and views.  You can find a mix of Condos, townhomes, and single family homes in Somerset although most of the townhomes and condos will be located near the bottom of the hill with limited or no views.

Lakemont is located a few miles East of Somerset down I-90.   Lakemont prices are very similar and most of the views face North towards Lake Sammamish.

Newport Hills, Eastgate, Newport Shores, & Factoria are located at the bottom of Somerset and its just south of I-90.  You can find inexpensive condos in Factoria starting at around $100,000.  You can find a home with good bones that might need a little updating for around $325,000.

Lake Hills is located North of I-90 and East of Downtown Bellevue and has some of the most affordable homes for sale in Bellevue Washington.  You will find a lot of single story and split level homes built in the 60’s.  The close proximity to Microsoft and affordable prices makes Lake Hills a very desirable neighborhood for first time home buyers.  Lake Hills offers a lot of shopping near by and like most other neighborhoods’ in Bellevue it’s serviced by a bus line if you don’t like to drive.
