Kirkland Homes

Kirkland has an array of housing options.  You can find condos starting as low as $100,000 in the Juanita neighborhood and you can find Multi Million Dollar Lake Washington Waterfront Homes on Yarrow Point. 

In Downtown Kirkland you will find mostly condos and townhomes.  Kirkland has a nice waterfront downtown area with shopping and restraunts.  It’s a very clean town and a good location from Microsoft and Seattle.  The negatives are that the traffic can get heavy at times and it brings in a younger rowdier crowd at night for the bars.

For more affordable homes you can look East of 405 in the Totem Lake and Rose Hill neighborhoods.  If you are looking for views you can look at Houghton, Juanita Hill, and Holmes Point.  You can also find homes on larger lots and horse property in Bridal trails.
